With over three decades of experience, Dr Derek Levenstein is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in 1986 (BDS) and has dedicated his career to modern, patient-centred dentistry.

Dr Levenstein has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, particularly smile makeovers and dental implants as a long-term solution for missing teeth. For the past 20 years, he has been successfully transforming smiles with implants—offering patients a natural-looking, secure alternative to dentures and bridges.

Known for his warm and friendly approach, Dr Levenstein is especially skilled at working with nervous patients and children, creating a calm and positive dental experience that builds trust and reduces anxiety.

When he’s not in the clinic, Derek enjoys staying active through cycling, skiing and fitness training.
